Questions pilots ask
- Are these checklists FAA-approved?
- No. They are reference material compiled from publicly available procedures and organized by phase of flight, not manufacturer documents and not an approved AFM or POH. Your aircraft's POH governs — verify every step against it and brief it with your instructor before you fly.
- Can I edit them?
- Yes, everything. Open any template in the editor and change every item, section, and section color, reorder sections, delete anything your airplane doesn't have, and add the flows your operation needs. Nothing on the checklist is locked.
- Are they really free?
- Yes, with no caps. Building, editing, saving, and printing are free, and there is no limit on how many checklists you make or how often you print them.
- What sizes do they print?
- Half-letter, A5, Letter, and A4, plus 2-up, trifold, and 4-fold folding layouts for kneeboard-sized checklists. Printing happens from your browser, so there is nothing to install.
